Air Fest VIP returns for its 5th Air Festival VIP Party - Following the rebrand of Pure Networking to the exciting new SYNRGY, this year's event is promised to be the best Air Festival event yet!

We are excited to confirm that this year's headline act is Sweet Female Attitude!

Key West Bar & Grill (& large private Sun Terrace). Located at the end of Bournemouth Pier, guests can enjoy the Air Festival from one of the, if not the, best viewing spots available.

ABOUT

Air Fest VIP is a corporate summer party - which celebrates the Air Festival. The event is organised by SYNRGY – The South Coast's Network for business owners and professionals.

This event attracts lots of newcomers from all over the UK and is a great event to entertain clients and business contacts but most of all, make new contacts and connections.

MPORTANT INFORMATION

Seating

We have both tables and individual tickets abvailable for purchase this year.

From 12pm - 5pm, it will be table service only for table ticket holders. From 5pm onwards, bar service will be introduced, and individual ticket holders will be able to arrive.

In the event of bad weather, our Gold VIP Sponsor Guests will be given priority for indoor seating. Our Silver and Bronze outdoor table-holders may be without an indoor table.

Food & Drink

Food is not included, but there is a full food menu available to purchase inside the Key West restaurant – for lunch and dinner.

Fully licensed bars open throughout the event.

Own food & drink are strictly not permitted.

Dress Code

Smart casual (and don’t wear stilettos due to wooden decking!).

On the day

Our door staff will be stationed just before the entrance to the pier. We shall issue our guests with a secure wristband. That shall entitle guests to a queue-jump and free admission at the pier toll. You shall need to be wearing your wristband to enter Key West, at the end of the pier.

Refunds

With the benefit of an indoor bar and restaurant, this event is not weather dependant and therefore no refunds will be made if the weather is bad or if the flying schedule is amended.

The event will be able to proceed under the current Government restrictions (as of 2 July 2021). If the air show is cancelled, due to the acts of the government or local authority, then we will offer a full refund of your tickets.

Restrictions

Attendees must be 18 or over.

Please note that this is a prestigious event attended by industry leaders, entrepreneurs and professionals. We reserve the right for our security team to refuse entry or ask you to leave for any reason.
